Volunteers will support campaigns led by working class communities and communities of color doing presidential election work in swing states such as Florida, Pennsylvania, and Arizona. This will be a remote program with online training and remote strategies for reaching voters, like phone-banking, texting, and relational organizing. We will engage thousands of people who have been pushed to the margins of our democracy to reclaim our stake in the political process and our collective future.

The program will support and train volunteers to impact elections in key swing states and bring momentum and organizing skills to their local communities in clearly defined ways.  Generation Rising will build a national network of young people committed to social justice organizing for the long term.

There are two ways to get involved:

  1. Volunteer Core: 5-10 hours per week, rolling deadline now – Presidential Election.
  2. Volunteer Intern: 10-40 hours per week, rolling deadline now – Presidential Election.

Selected participants may start immediately.
